The beach house "Buskam" is our vacation paradise, boasting an impressive 240 m² of living space spread over two levels.
In addition to the breathtaking sea view from the upper floor, you will find three luxurious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, your private sauna, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area with a panoramic fireplace.
The huge south-facing sun terrace features a beach chair, a cozy lounge seating area, and a dining table for six people, inviting you to relax and unwind. Your holiday home’s living and dining area is located on the ground floor and is furnished with elegant sofas and armchairs, high-quality furniture, a large UHD smart TV, and a large oval dining table that comfortably seats the entire family.
For romantic and cozy evenings, not just in the cooler months, the panoramic fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, visible from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Elegance shines through in the large integrated kitchen with a freestanding cooking island, equipped with a oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and various kitchen essentials, ensuring any hobby chef’s heart will skip a beat.
The ground floor also features your very own sauna area, complete with a walk-in shower and WC.
A wide staircase leads to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor, where three elegant bedrooms await you. Two of the bedrooms feature their own TV and ample storage for your vacation wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with exclusive box-spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with continuous toppers, while the third bedroom features two box-spring single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be placed together or separately.
The two double-bed bedrooms each have exclusive en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms boasts a large walk-in shower, double vanity, a freestanding bathtub, and WC—pure luxury! The other en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, WC, bidet, and of course, a double vanity. All bathrooms are fitted with high-quality sanitary fittings from Villeroy & Boch

Prices are based on occupancy for 1-6 people.
For bed linen, including one large and one small towel per person, bath mat, and dish towel, are provided for an additional charge of €20.00 per person.

Our beach house "Buskam" can accommodate up to 6 people, and our prices include standard lodging for up to 6 guests.
You have access to two parking spaces on the plot, both covered by a carport. The carport also provides storage space for your bicycles, SUPs, kayaks, or other sports equipment during your stay.
Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is only permitted the charging station that can be made accessible at additional cost.
High speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and internet usage is permitted as long as it complies with legal regulations.
A washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment is available.
Due to allergy considerations, we cannot allow pets.
Please note that any kind of barbecuing is prohibited due to the thatched roof.

The former fishing village Lobbe is located in the southeast of the Ruegen Biosphere Reserve on the Mönchgut peninsula. This landscape, shaped by the last Ice Age, enchants visitors with endless sandy beaches, green salt meadows, gentle hills, dense reed belts, old fishermen’s houses, and idyllic harbors.
It is perfect for cycling, hiking, walking, jogging, and all types of water sports. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
If you’d like to give your car a break, you can easily reach the neighboring seaside resorts of Goehren, Baabe, Sellin, Binz, Thiessow, and all other destinations on the island using public transport from Lobbe.
Our house is located directly on one of the beautiful cycling paths along the coat of Ruegen from Binz to Thiessow. You can also travel to and from Lobbe by bus, connecting you to the nearby seaside resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin, Binz, Thiessow, and all other wonderful destinations on the Island of Ruegen.
