Cancellation policy

We are delighted that you are spending your vacation with us! If something unexpected happens, you are on the safe side with travel insurance.

How can I cancel my booking?

Please always send us cancellations in writing (by email or letter). The date on which we receive your cancellation counts as the cancellation date.

What are the costs of cancellation?

Depending on when you cancel, we charge the following fees:

· Up to 61 days before arrival: 20% of the accommodation price

· 60 to 35 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price

· 34 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the accommodation price

· From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price

Is there a possibility of a refund?

If we are able to rent out the vacation home to someone else after your cancellation (60 days or more before arrival), we will only charge a processing fee of 150 euros.

Can I cancel free of charge?

You can cancel free of charge if we have agreed to this in writing when you made your booking. Please note the applicable deadline.

What happens if I don't arrive?

If you do not arrive by 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (or 60 minutes after a later agreed time) without having canceled in advance, your booking will automatically be considered canceled.

When can we cancel your booking?

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if:

Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the vacation home.

Incorrect information was provided at the time of booking (e.g., regarding the number of people or pets).

The vacation home is not to be used for residential purposes.

The use of the vacation home jeopardizes safety or domestic peace.

In such cases, we will refund any amounts already paid in full.
